Harvested with chief guide, Andrew Scurr at Cardrona Safaris. This fantastic animal was taken on March 22 2007.

The antler and skull weighed 23.4kg the day after harvest and has a CIC score of 309. To our knowledge this is the biggest the world has seen and makes Cardona Safaris’ antler quality and trophy style the absolute best.

In March 2007 we took four stags that were 15kg and up, ranging from 437 to 502 SCI. 30 years of genetic evaluation and ensuring our stock are well cared for in a natural environment has put Cardrona Safaris at the forefront of New Zealand’s Safari Industry – and there are still so many more to come.

Our code of conduct is beyond compromise and we are justifiably proud of our achievements, as we are that of all our clients.

Euro hunter conveyed a lot of respect for the animal and appreciated the challenge of the hunt.
