Pursue trophy animals in the Cardrona Safaris preserve or the southern Alps, on foot, by 4WD or helicopter. Hunt red deer, thar, chamoi, fallow deer, whitetail, wild goat, or small game. In addition hunt North Island speices Sika, Sambar and Rusa.

Be certain of successful hunting at Cardrona Safaris - we work behind the scenes to make sure you get the most out of each day's activities. Our hunting guides are flexible - if poor weather in one area reduces hunting opportunities, a short flight will take you to where the weather and hunting is better that day.

• Hunting premier red deer, fallow buck or white tail on our hunting preserve
• Hunting small game or duck, pheasant or quail at our hunting preserve
• Fly fishing in local Lake Wanaka and surrounding rivers.
• Choose from a complete customised New Zealand package including Sika, Sambar and Rusa.

We use either helicopters or four-wheel drive vehicles specifically equipped to carry people and gear safely to your hunting destination.We cater for all levels of fitness and will provide memorable and enjoyable hunting at the level you choose. And after your successful hunt, your trophy will be expertly capped and sent to the taxidermist of your choice.
